- As prices for silver bullion, are dictated by demand and fixed by the London Bullion Market and hence, fluctuate up and down. The seller monitors fluctuations on a regular basis and adjusts prices accordingly, any orders accepted will not fluctuate in price between order placement and delivery to the buyer.
- All sizes and capacities quoted are approximate.
- Any Discrepancies in delivery are to be notified to us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt, otherwise resposibility cannot be accepted for credit or replacement.
- Sellers Return Policy is that if an item is not as described, or if you are not totally satisfied with the item then seller will, on agreement and payment of a restocking fee accept items for return within 7 days of receipt, providing the item is not damaged and returned in its original packaging. Seller will refund the original purchase price less restocking fee, postage and packing costs and in the case of earrings, plus the cost of replacement of ear wires as this is a health and safety requirement.
- Items stated as to special order are made specifically for the buyer only and as such any deposit required is non refundable in the event of the buyer not completing the transaction. These items are not subject to return under the Sellers Return Policy offer and are strictly non returnable unless damaged in transit.
- Any delivery times quoted are estimates only and the seller shall not be liable for the consequencies of any delay beyond their control.
- The risk in all goods shall pass to the buyer on despatch by the seller.
